How to get Annual Report or any company communications if I am a shareholder of the company?

Can anyone help me know how can I get the annual reports of company for which I am the shareholder?

Usually the AR is made available on the companies website. Look in the “Investors” or “Financials” section. For example check this for Cipla - http://www.cipla.com/Home/Global/Financial/Annual-Report-Chairman-s-Speech.aspx?gid=1296&id=2

Companies (large majority) no longer sent out AR, guess this is becuase of the green initiative that most of them follow.

However, if you want a phisical copy you can call the Investor Desk at the company and ask them to send across the copy to you. They will be obligated to send it across.

I am not receiving any of the scripts Annual Reports or company communications to my residence , although my fellow neighbors who hold the same share as in my holdings receives the company’s annual reports or any other form of communication.
