How to get the combined contract notes to put in to M-Profit software?

You receive your combined contract notes everyday to your email id registered with Zerodha. You can also pull out these combined contract notes from the old backoffice bo.zerodha.com using Internet Explorer.

I prefer the multiple contract notes under NSE/BSE Equity (template available for mprofit) since it allows you to download a CN for a range of dates than just one particular day as in common contract note.
Unfortunately, that part rarely works with one or other errors. Has anybody else faced this?

What would be my User name password on old backoffice? I tried to use my kite ID PWD but it doesn’t work

Username for Kite and Backoffice is the same which is your client ID but the passwords are different. It’s in your registered email ID. Search for ‘backoffice password’ in your email or if you’re unable to find it, then write to [email protected] asking for a new password.

The login credentials of Q.zerodha.com will work on bo.zerodha.com.

Downloading of Common contract notes and NSE Equity Contract Notes from IDEALx is not possible lately. It is giving 404 error. What may be the problem as I download contract notes in excel format from IDEALx which is not possible right now.

You could try adding [email protected] as a contact to prevent these Emails from landing in the Spam folder. This tutorial should help -
