There was a killer breakout in Indian bank. It was an excellent trade as per Oliver Valez strategies - breakout from narrow state of range between 20 and 200 EMAs. Or, it is classic range breakout that sustained through the day.
How do we get alerts for such breakouts in live market? I am aware of Streak and ChartInk but have not used them yet.
Are there any free options?
Is the above strategy readily available on any of these or other platforms? I would like to learn to code/set it up myself but it may take some more time for me to get to it.

use tradingview you can set an alert on price
I don’t want to manually check and set price alerts for individual stocks.
It should be programmatically settable. Like last 30 candles of five minutes between 20 and 200 ema, both EMAS are very close and may be flat etc. May be some more such criteria. And, say the tool gives some alert for a specific stock, I would check and then decide too enter or not.
