FPO means follow-on public offer, where a company already listed on stock exchanges issues shares to raise additional capital.
The process of applying for FPO is similar to IPO, which has been explained in detail here.
Please note that you can only invest in FPO if the company has come with a follow on public offer. It is not like investing shares in secondary market where you can buy shares.
You need to keep a look for this.
