Does the company allots shares at different price point for different retail investors? I applied for 50shares at Rs.602 and I got contract note for same amount whereas the clearing price is Rs.490/share.
in last several issues price priority method is used in which you got shares at a price on which you bid at and not at the allotment price.

Yes, as per the exchange announcement by the company, the OFS allotment was going to happen at multiple clearing prices on the price priority basis (aka higher price bids get first priority for allotment) -
SEBI also allows OFS allotment via the single clearing price methodology but that wasn’t used in this case.
looks like many abnormal things happening here in orchid pharma , where a banned stock relisted at 217 and in 6 months high at near 2600 , yesterday ofs allottment at 490 today cmp near 1000 , though fundamentals look bad , promoters holding 98 % … what is happening , any thoughts ?
