How to sell Sathyam Shares (or selling any de-listed shares) now?

One of my friend holding few sathyam shares in his demat account. Is it possible to sell it now?, if yes, please explain how?

Satyam is merged with Tech Mahindra so selling it should be easy.

If you are holding Satyam and if the Satyam gets merged with Tech Mahindra, you will be issued Tech Mahindra shares.You will then have to sell Tech Mahindra shares.

In demat account it is still showing as sathyam shares, not as tech mahindra… what we need to do now? any answer?
