Trading in foreign exchanges is not allowed for Resident Indians. There are proprietary trading firms operating in India, who trade US markets.
As mentioned by Ed, You can’t trade in International Forex market, as it is illegal as per Indian Law, but you can trade in stock and derivatives from here. There are many US based Discounting and regular firms which all you to open an account via them and trade in various derivatives and stock. Also if you want some Indian firms, then currently two well know companies are offering the facilities “Interactive Brokers” and “Kotak securities via Saxon Capital Singapore.” IB having good commission wrt to Kotak. If you want US based firms then you can look for AMP Trading which I use personally they having good track record and nice and simple structure.
