How to transfer shares from Zerodha demat A/c to any other Demat account in same or different depository

Hello I am trying to deal in Off Market Transactions for unlisted securities

I have Zerodha Demat and I wish to carry out transactions from this account to my client’s demat account

How to transfer the shares from my demat to my clients demat ?
Does zerodha has any restrictions for this?
What are the charges for the debit transactions?

Are there any rules prohibiting this?
And how Stamp Duty of 0.015% needs to be paid to government?

I have added 2 BO for trusted A/c since yesterday, what’s the time frame for DP to authenticate and add the BO as trusted Demat ? So that I would transfer shares? @Meher_Smaran

It takes 24 working hours, after which the stocks can be transferred.

I don’t know but the request has past 24 hours already , it is not processed yet
Fine i will wait till tommorrow !
