I am invested in icici bank through zerodha. What should I do to be part of 10% preferrential allotment to existing icici shareholders? I have hdfc sec account as well through which I generally apply for ipo… Since Zerodha is not providing ipo option… What should I do! Offline method?
Doesn’t matter where your broking account is. As long as you’re shareholder of ICICI bank, you’ll get the preferential allotment. The way they identify is that they take these details from Registrar & Transfer agents who maintain names of shareholders in their records. So don’t worry, go ahead and apply for the IPO.
