I have equity account in zerodha can I trade in nifty future and option trading. Or do i need to open commodity account also for the same?
You need to ensure the F&O segment is enabled for you to trade Equity Derivatives like Nifty Futures and options.
If you wish to trade commodities, then you need a commodities trading account to trade commodities.
