I want to buy BHEL JUN 100 CE at 18. 8 as shown, suppose the order got executed and BHEL stock price is 120, so taking profit of rs 1. 2 can i sell it at offer price of 20?

Yes, you can place a selling limit order of Rs 20 if BHEL is at 120, actually you could sell it at a higher price (since your option will have a time value). You can use this option calculator to see what the theoretical value of the option should be.

But it is important to note that in such illiquid option contracts, placing an order wouldn't necessarily guarantee that the order will get traded.
