Good work AastroGuru.
Wow ! Thats quite a compiation!
Thanks Jagadeesh.
Thanks Karthik! Even I have learnt a lot from this study!
Nice compilation.
My, my @AastroGuru you have really done a lot of work. Great info and thanks and keep the good work. CheersâŚ
Thanks sudesh⌠So nice of you.
@others
But I feel bad that some people are purposefully putting negative votes to me. Yday I saw my post was 3 +ve votes and today it becomes zero.Ha ha ha!
Not so bad ! Compared to one day I saw my points was down by almost 200 points. lol !
Someone might have reverted all their positive votes on me, I assume.
I really feel if answer is incorrect or insufficient, people should write up comments and then vote negative. (So that some thing can be improved in the answer)
Astroguru, pls donât get me wrong, I have a feeling that you have negative votes because your answer is not to the point. See the question once again and see the answer given by this other member âflingsharkâ who is standing at +2 votes. Then again see the question and look at your answer and ask yourself if its to the point.
I agree with you karuna.
thanks for understanding my friend, only a matured person can understand it, if it were a kid, he would have started an argument here. however, donât concern yourself with votes, the knowledge that you are sharing here is immense and is of great help to many of us. continue the good work, you are a good samaritan.
@karuna
I have modified my answer. Thanks for the insights.
If someone votes negative, they should express in comments why have done so. Example âThe answer is not precise and to the pointâ. This gives a chance for the answerer to modify the answer or convert his answer into a comment.
I agree with your thoughts that those voting against must express their reason behind doing so, sadly many donât speak up. BTW, I havenât voted negative for your answer. Mine was a plus vote which I voted yesterday. But i just guessed that maybe the reason behind negative votes was that the answer was not to the point.
Dont worry, I am not bothered about the votes, Anyone can vote negative as they wish, this is a open forum.
Thanks Nithin! So nice of you!
@Astro Guru That was a treasure trove of information.
It may take more than a week for me to understand much of it. Nonetheless it is a direction to pursue.
