Can someone please explain the iceberg order feature? Suppose if someone wants to place quantity size 18000 (360 lots) in nifty 50 option…How many legs do we modify the order into? What’s the maximum number of lots 1 leg can execute?
The Quantity Freeze limit for Nifty F&O is 1800 quantity, means you can place order for maximum 1800 quantity or 36 lots in single order. For 18000 quantity (360 lots) you’ll have to select 10 legs. You can learn more about Iceberg orders here: Iceberg orders Feedback

Instead of selecting No of legs, can system not calculate and place orders till all orders are filled ??? Manual math required to calculate no of legs can be negated for each order placement.

One suggestion is that we can’t use Iceberg in AMO. It would be better if you do some workaround on this.
