If i Buy A Share and Sell it Today for CNC option i. E. Equity Cash then would it be Short Term Capital Gain or Speculative Income?

Same Day Trading in Equity Cash is couted as Short Term Capital Gain of 15% or Speculative Income which comes under normal Tax Slabs?

Product type is immaterial. If you buy and sell the same day, it will be considered as speculative.

Can you differentiate same day will be 15 %
or Speculative.
It can’t be one of both ,it has to be one I guess!
