If I buy back all shares I sold as CNC - penalty due to early pay in?

Suppose I have 1775 shares of NCC - edis and sold all as CNC but now price is lower and want to buy back at lower price - can I buy all shares back and will be considered intraday or now due to early pay-in there will be an issue and I can not buyback same day?

If I want to buyback same day(assuming due to early pay-in) how much margin I need to avoid any sort of penalty?

No issues at all., It’ll be considered as Intraday. As long as there are no additional trades with these funds in between, you won’t require extra margin. Check this support article for more info

But I thought early pay-in means - all brokers debit demat ac and deliver those to exchange instantly correct?
if am not mistaken client get only 80% of the credit same day so at the most client can buyback 80% of the sold shares ??

When they get debited instantly (within 3 minutes I guess) from your account (due to early pay-in) - they are gone …now I am buying them back so don’t I need full cash in my account ? or at least 20% in cash ?
