If i example If i buy SBIN share 650 if it reach tomorrow 670 is it possible to sell tomorrow? Is there any penalty?
No penalty. This is called BTST. charges depending on Brokers.

But sometimes it is risky to do BTST (mostly in stocks which are illiquid). You can more on this here:

Yes you can, without any penalty.
However, the funds can only be used on the T+2 day, not on same day. On other equity delivery trades, you can use upto 80% of sell value on same day to buy something else.
