If today i buy 50 share using mis first then i convert 50 shares it to cnc. Then i sell 50 shares using cnc today. Do this consider as intrday share?

Yes, it will be treated as Intraday only. But while converting from MIS to CNC , margin requirements increases than it has in MIS. secondly, MIS positions will get squared off daily by 3.20pm, CNC positions will not and will block ur margin.
