I'm building a new swing trading strategy on streak can anyone help me?

Hey folks, I’m trying to build a swing strategy and i think i need help to identify stocks from the streak platform’s scanner.

My requirement is that when the 8 period ema crosses over 30 period EMA with the RSI value being in between 50 to 70 on a daily timeframe.

I believe these are strong momentum stocks and would give a good momentum in near term future.

So plz someone help me.
