In MIS, BO, CO orders, is Rs. 20 brokerage charged per order, in case the system does auto square off at 3:20 pm?

Since auto square off is system driven, will the client be charged the usual Rs.20 brokerage for the order? This is important because if the client is not charged and in a situation say, it is 3:19 pm and there is a need to square off a BO order that got split into several trades, the client can save some brokerage cost by waiting for the auto square off to be initiated.

Even if the system does square off, the Rs 20 per executed order is applicable.

if the intraday MIS option trade gets auto square off by the RMS ; call and trade charges would apply ! WILL the brokerage also apply ?
