In over-the-counter market, can we place order type as market order or limit order or both?

As the name suggests over the counter markets are off market transactions. There is no exchange involved, hence the question of market/limit orders do not arise.

In what context you are mentioning over-the-counter market? If it is w.r.t to forex, the answer is yes. u can place market or limit order with the otc broker.
