in stk opt slm and maket is not working in case now the value at 14 i want to buy at 14.20 how can i buy,? in case i put limit order at 14.30 mean, market will not get low mean, how it executed, ?

You need to place a STOP LOSS BUY LIMIT order , with trigger and limit at 14.20
