Index color is not changing red to green

Index indicator color is not changing from red to green it showing red only… in kite 3.0

Are you using Normal Candle or Hollow Candle ?

TOOLBAR > DISPLAY

Daily Hollow candles will display red if the LTP is below yesterdays close.

No am talking about watchlist index

On watchlist the color is now fixed based on previous day close. This was by popular request.

So if stock is at 100 yesterday, today if it is below 100 it will continue to show red color through the day. Just the ticks will change up/down.

One more correction we need for all zerodha clients no one can ask question this forum.Our KITE CHART some times didn’t open more than before three days historycal data on 5 min,mostly it will happen after market hours collapsed,because charts based analysis and fundamentals searching for everyone after market hours so i asked.I hope

Ideally this won’t happen, if you are facing this then it might be specific to you, can create a ticket here to get this addressed.
