Infosys Buy Back Offer

Dear All,
I had 200 infosys shares which I was holding till record date. After record date I had sold the shares. Yesterday I had received email from Infosys saying I am eligible for 56 shares under buy back offer.
Can I buy shares now from the market so that I can offer my shares under buy back?

My understanding is, if you are holding shares on the record date you will be eligible for offer. Even though you sell your shares after buy back and buy it again from the market before the actual date of buy back offer, you will be eligible.

Yep, as long as you have shares to tender, you are good.

Ensure the shares are in your Demat before you tender and ensure you tender before the buyback window closes. Only 2 things to keep in mind.
