Thanks for providing online interface on q.zerodha for tendering Infy shares in buyback. It avoids unwanted paperwork & makes life easier. However I would like to bring your kind attention to something vital. The online interface though easy to use misses the required essential security checks.
I have 211 shares of Infy in Zerodha account but incorrectly entered 212 shares on q.zerodha. There is no system check to prevent someone from bidding more than the holding. There is also no way to modify / correct the bidding data. I also spoke to Zerodha rep immediately but of no help (though a Customer Rep named Kavita assured to help me on 4th Dec). I am worried that my bidding might get rejected and I might not be able to participate in the Infosys buyback due to this.
