Dear Zerodha,

You had given us a good source through one of your portal named “INSIDER TRADING”. Recently Rakesh Jhunjhunwala invested approx 5% stake in spicejet did not include his name. Well i also understand, same day data cannot be updated, even till today his name is missing from that list. I wonder if this portal is genuinely accurate and not deceptive.

Sunny, Zerodha Insider trading tool shows transactions executed by people who are insiders. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala is not an insider to Spicejet, he is just another shareholder. The new SEBI insider norms will bring a lot more insiders into the loop.
