Instant Redemption works for Liquid Funds Sorted in SOA Format that is held with AMCs however in COIN MFs are stored in DeMat Format in case of DeMat MFs Units the redemption process is pretty standard thus takes T+2 Settlement 
In case liquid funds held in SOA Format with AMCs the funhouse can redeem Units worth 90% or 50k Whichever is lower
That’s why coin is unlikely to offer instant redemption in the foreseeable future.
Platforms like Paytm Money and Kuvera stores mutual funds in SOA format thus you get these offerings

and Honestly, I have no idea about Mutual Funds from Groww and other brokers it’s probably better to reach out to them directly
