Instrument Name Details

Hi Experts,

When I try buying any script, I get number of Instrument names on the order screen e.g. H1, NN, BE, etc. Can someone please give complete listing with meaning of each instrument type along with usage? If I am shorting equity, then which instrument type should I use?

As per this circular, the ticker name for Brookfield REIT is BIRET (and BIRET-RR)
