Inter Exchange Transaction (BSE/NSE)

Is there any charge for inter-exchange transactions (delivery) ?
For example, if I sell a share at NSE which was bought in BSE, will it incur any charge?

There are no charges for Inter Exchange transaction.

But . It is not allowed in intraday. Am i right?
