Is it possible to set off intraday equity cash trading loss with FNO profit?

Losses from intraday trading are specified as speculative business losses and those can be set off against only profits from speculative business. Hence, you will not be able to set off intraday losses with F&O profits, as F&O trading is specified as non-speculative business.
