Which Time frame Charts Best for Intraday Trading in Options and Cash Stocks Market.Any Suggestions,

My favorite is 15 min chart for ‘1- 2 days’ Long Option trades.

For intraday, I use 3 or 5 min chart depending on the volatility of the stock

First, i check the hourly chart n then 30 min …n if it looks good enough…go for the 3/5 min chart n take the trade based on that

I use something like below,
Scalping 1min | 3min and 5min to know the trend
Intraday 5min | 15min and 1 hour/Days chart to know the trend
