Introducing Terminal Mode on Kite - Beta

I tried the terminal today, but it was super slow, lot of lags even while switching tabs

The links from terminal for coin/console etc still points to SSO of kite instead of beta.

The news terminal looks very nice…2 issues i’ve experienced so far…it keeps logging out after few min & option chain doesn’t load as it says ‘This instrument is not traded in the options market or could not be found.’ though nifty is selected. @Arockiya_Raja

Checking.

Once taken live it will be fine.

just replace kite.zerodha with kite-beta.zerodha.

Would it redirect properly?

We are looking into this and will update here as soon as it is fixed.

In addition to @Dhaval_Undhad I can also confirm that I saw the same, when placing orders: “N/a”

loved the whimsy with the games, :pinched_fingers:

Hello Zerodha team and fellow traders,

I’ve started using the new Kite Terminal in beta mode and noticed that TradingView charts seem to be the default (and possibly the only) option. Could you please clarify:

  1. Does the new Kite Terminal in beta mode provide ‘TradingView’ charts as the default and only charting option?
  2. If not, how can I switch back to ‘ChartIQ’ charts from ‘TradingView’ within the beta terminal?

Thanks & Regards
Have a nice day, all of you.

Only the Tradingview chart is supported in terminal mode.

@Arockiya_Raja Loving the new terminal mode as it is giving the flexibility to design it.

Holding quantity is not visible. I hope on Prod it will be.

2nd Fundamental Widget should be easly accessible which is not yet.

If I select any stock from left watchlist( charts option) , the chart remains same no change in charts

Can we get a heatmap feature in this? That would be great to quickly see the state of the market. Also if we can see the watchlist as a heatmap that would be even more solid!

Could you share a screenshot? Seems fine to me on all size widgets.

On our to-do list, this will be added.
