The issue of double debits in UPI AutoPay transactions occurred due to an issue within the payment aggregator services at the time the debit requests were pushed from our side. As a result, a few mandate debit requests were processed twice by the sponsor bank, leading to the funds being debited from the bank accounts of impacted users.
We have identified the root cause and have deployed a fix at both the payment aggregator and at our end to prevent the recurrence of this issue.
Neelesh ji when will we get the refund ? As per the RBI rule , if money is falsely debited through UPI transaction should be reversed next day otherwise payment aggregator/Bank need to pay penalty per day . It is already 3 days over and I have not received money . I dont require any penalty but atleast need my money at earliest to continue the other SIPs

For one fund I have setup SIP amount of 31000
And execution is getting retried from your end & its failing continuously since for amount > 15k, it needs a cred block (UPI PIN) & it should come as a form of collect request (of type mandate)
Please get this checked on priority
