Invested value showing as 0 for all the funds in MFCentral

Facing the same issue on coin app as well. It is very weird.
The MF in question is the HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund.
It doesn’t show up in the invested amount on the coin app/website homepage, but shows up in the holdings section of the coin website where the entire amount of the missing MF is taken in the profit section.

The investment however shows up perfectly on console.
I think there’s some issue with Coin here.

We spoke to the RTA on this, they are checking it and pushing the values for all the investors.

@Neelesh By when will this data be backfilled for all the investors in mf central?

No update yet from the RTA, we will check with them could you DM me your details so that we can check further with them?

I am also facing the same issue. Can someone please check

Has anyone received any solution to this problem.
I am seeing the same issue on MF central app. Where my invested amount is showing zero while market values is showing correct.
@Neelesh @nithin please help me with this.

MFCentral has no idea of your buy price (since Coin holds MFs in demat form) so invested amount = 0

Check current value. Or check on CDSL easiest portal. Or CDSL monthly statements.

This is not the case

All the transactions you do in mutual funds are redirected to the RTA be it demat or non demat mode. the RTAs had started updating the details for demat investments from the BENPOS file, but this has stopped again from CAMS, and we have escalated them to fix this industrywide as the purchases post August 2024 has this issue. The RTAs have been working on this but is taking longer than expected.

So what is the solution meanwhile and let us know if there is alternate option to that.

Thanks for the correction :+1:

CDSL monthly statements contain all stocks, MFs in all forms.
