Yesterday I invested a large amount through Coin App. Payment was completed through NetBanking within 2 minutes but Coin app said the payment failed because they did not get the reverse feed from BSE StarMf. Zerodha support portal says that they don’t have any role in this. Their support portal says that the payment process should be completed within 5 minutes and mine was within this time limit yet it failed because of a breakdown in the system. Zerodha would not help in resolving this nor connect me to contact in ICCL/ StarMF. I think it is highly irresponsible. Can anyone help to resolve this matter
