Hello, I have a small question about IPO allotment in the shareholder quota.
Is the chance of getting an IPO allotment in the shareholder quota the same for applying with 1 lot versus applying with 13 lots? Would applying with 13 lots increase the likelihood of getting at least one lot?
If the allotment in a category is on pro-rata basis, chances of allotment go up if you apply more. Shareholder category allotment is usually done in pro-rata.

Yes, the RHP has this. Sharing an example from the Swiggy RHP.
This is for the employee category since Swiggy doesn’t have the shareholder one. But the word you are looking for is proportionately.
