Hi everyone I have query regarding applying IPO with multiple Bids from Zerodha.

If I apply through all 3 bids with cutoff price checked with different lots then will I get allotment for the Bid with highest lot or as per order (Bid 1) is considered?

Hi @Sudharm_K,
The number of lots you apply for an IPO has no direct bearing on your chances of allotment. If the number of applicants exceeds & IPO subscription is over-subscribed then the minimum bid lot can be allotted which is (Bid 1). It does not depend on the maximum no of lots you applied.

for different lot sizes, place the most preferred one in bid 1.

got it thanks for the reply. 1 more thing can an individual apply for both Small HNI and Retail? can we get allotment for both or both application will be rejected?
