IPO mandare could not be cancelled due to mpin not set

I applied for IPO didnt get the allotment, but i got hhis message from HDFC bank

HDFC Bank: UPI-Mandate for Rs 27054.00 could not be cancelled due to MPIN not set by customer.

I applied through google pay upi, I dont even have hdfc bank account

it might be best to write to the bank’s team and get a response.
