IPO not able to apply

I am not able to apply Happiest Mind IPO. Offer is open till today (9th Sep), but to me portal is showing Happiest Mind IPO is “closed”. Why so and what can be done now?

Can you check the time on your system?

I am outside India right now in EST time zone, my system time shows 9/9/2020 - `1:30-1:40 AM.

If you could set your time to IST, maybe it might work.

Yeah, the portal worked by changing the time zone to IST.
