Is additional margin needed to have a target order along with stop order?

Nope. Not required. Additional margins required only if you are placing 2 orders for options. Explained in detail here: http://zerodha.com/z-connect/tradezerodha/margin-requirements/margins-2-exit-orders-for-1-position
