Is automating trades through CTCL more stable than automating trades through IBT?

When stability is important, which is a better choice? Thanks in advance.

(CTCL - computer to computer link given to sub-brokers, IBT - Internet based trading)

One cannot fully automate trades using IBT in India. It is a regulatory mandate.Full automation has to happen only through CTCL.
