Also, the stocks were delivered into my DMat before i executed the sell order, dont know if it helps
Any trades (like buy-and-sell or sell-and-buy-back) executed on the same day are considered intraday trades.
All the other scenarios fall under Delivery trades irrespective of delivery, as shares are now credited and debited from the client’s demat account, even for BTST trades. (Earlier, this process happened from the broker’s pool account)
