Is it possible to do follow up in native language for each state?


I think it is better if you provide the call support in client’s native language during application process .

Then the client will feel far better. Why because some are struggling to speak English.

We are in the process of introducing this feature where you can reach our call n trade by entering ZPIN before speaking to anyone. This way we will know who is calling from what state, once this is done what you are asking for should be easy.
