Can I put Sell Maket Order for Index Option (Nifty,Sensex,Bank Nifty etc.)
during maket hours and also at AMO?with required margin available.

Yes, you can place sell market order for index option. In AMO you can place market orders but to avoid incurring high impact costs, it is recommended to use limit orders instead.

But if you are using market order, would recommend you to use the market price protection feature on the order window to reduce the risk of high price variation. For more details check this article here.
