Is reliance safe to buy - at the current levels, for long terms? I think it can be as it borke its all time highs.

I think reliance can see some low levels, as COVID and the economic situation is still getting worse.
The reality is that currently, its price has factored a lot of expectations that have not been into execution. If you see those things becoming a reality and believe that reliance can come up with some successful products, then it is worth investing in it.
