Is stock in demat eligible for divident if I sell it on ND start date.

In stock market if record date is 6/3/20 and ex-date is 5/3/20 , and the exchange has set ND start date as 28-2-20 and ND stop date as 5-3-20. My doubt is if IAM having shares in my demat account and if I sold it on 28-2-20, will I get divident

The No-Delivery system is abolished for the stocks that are traded on the exchange. Hence, you can get the dividend announced as long as you’re selling that stock on or after the ex-date.
