I have an account with zerodha and demat with IL & FS. Each time I do any transaction that effect my demat, I get lot of emails from IL&FS. Most of the emails are just the same. yesterday, I got 5 emails with in span of 5 hours, all the same Transaction cum Holding Statement.
There is no problem I believe, Even I get multiple emails. (5 emails to be precise)
What are you afraid of? There is nothing wrong in sending the same Holding statement again and again. This ensures that you are well informed of your account status.
I think they send such emails 15 days once.
