I understand 14 rupees is charged while I am selling shares from my demat account.

Is there any charges related to crediting shares to demat account?

Typically with any depository, you are charged only when the shares are debited from your demat account and not when credited.

It is very similar to a bank account, when you receive funds to your account bank charges you nothing. But when you make a NEFT/RTGS, the bank will charge you a fees.
