Read day trading for a living by Andrew Aziz. Also check his YouTube channel.
Another option is how to day trade by Cameron Ross.
I’m currently reading Ashwani Gujrals book on Day Trading. So far its been decent.

I feel "market itself is the mentor ". Experience cannot be explained . I suggest best way learn about markets is read books , For investment start with Basanth Maheswari "thoughtfull investor " for F&o & TA read
