Is there any way to judge if pe or ce will expire in the money on expiry day ? last 30 min move vwap based

I understand expiry is based on last 30 min. on expiry day but is there any way to judge/predict - if CE or PE strike will expire in the money ?

During last 30 min there is erratic movement but - looking at chart or looking at OI - can we judge - which strike will expire in the money (out of straddle )?
