Is there any yearly fund for Monthly SIP with 4-5% return

I took an LIC policy and I have to pay amount yearly once. So I want to do an SIP every month in a fund and withdraw that money yearly at the time of policy payment. Is there any yearly fund with 4-5% return

Why dont you do a RD wherein you get interest rate of 8%.

Do take into account the tax liability.

Right now most liquid / Arbitrage are giving yearly returns in this range, or better.
From taxation perspective, Arbitrage fund would be better, if you are in higher tax slab, else go for liquid fund.
